I purchased a gift card on a Saturday and didn’t receive it until the following Tuesday. My wife really loves the company but I don’t know if I feel comfortable doing that again. It was supposed to be a Mother’s Day gift for her.
Hi Brandon, Thank you for your review. Gift cards are usually fulfilled automatically, but our backend system had marked your payment as fraudulent, and did not fulfill it as usual. We had to go in and fulfill the gift card manually after you sent an email and could verify the email address was the same. With the many orders we get a day, we did not see this until you sent an email about it. We are happy to send you a screenshot of the message from our system, if you'd like to see it.
