Returns / Refunds
Our policy on returns is store credit only within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we are unable offer you a store credit. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges on sale items or swimwear.
To be eligible for a return, you must return your item in the same unused and unworn condition (athleisure should be returned with tags attached and inside of clear poly bag - we cannot except a return if tags have been removed) in which it was received.

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping and your store credit will be issued less shipping cost, as the cost of shipping is non-refundable.
Once we receive and review your return, we will work to issue your store credit for the purchase amount. Your store credit will be sent/issued via the same email address used to make your purchase and will be valid for 180 days.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is no longer in our control. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order shows as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.
Please note: We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for stolen packages unless we are reimbursed through shipping insurance. This process can sometimes take months, to get a response from USPS, so please be patient.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not always possible as we do not keep any product on hand and in stock products tend to sell fairly quickly. You can start the return process, given you are within the timeline and once you receive your store credit, you can make another purchase, if the item is still available.
