I received the wrong order. Mistakes happen so initially not a huge problem to me as long as it can be resolved expeditiously. When I emailed the company I asked for the correct items to be express shipped so I would have them in time for vacation, the whole reason for the order. Not only did they NOT do that but one of the items was no longer in stock so I was refunded for that piece. The other item was shipped to me but instead of express shipping (what I requested since the mistake was not my own) the company sent it via regular mail and I did not receive the order in time for vacation. I had to subsequently purchase other clothes for my trip. So while the item itself is nice, the customer service experience could have been better and that’s why I took off 2 stars.
